This AMENDMENT No. 2 {the 0Amcndment41) to the CITY OF SANTA FE PROFESSIONAL AGREEMENT, dated October 28, 2020 (the"Agreement''), between the City of Santa Fe (the "City") and PARTNERS IN EDUCATION (PIE)-Pareat Involvement Program (PIP).
