PROGRAMME FUNDING AGREEMENT FOR DELIVERY PARTNERProgramme Funding Agreement for Delivery Partner • October 30th, 2019 • England and Wales
This Agreement is formed of three parts: (1) the Programme Terms, (2) the Standard Terms and Conditions and (3) the 6 Schedules to the Programme Terms. In the event of any conflict between the Programme Terms, the Standard Terms and Conditions and the Schedules, the provisions of the Programme Terms shall prevail followed by the Standard Terms and Conditions. In the event of any overarching conflict, the Funder terms shall prevail as set out in Schedule 6.
