These General Terms and Conditions apply to any Purchase Agreement ("Agreement") and any transaction confirmation ("Confirmation") entered into by any other party ('Seller") and GROWMARK, Inc. ("Buyer") related to the sales of Products by Seller to Buyer. Seller’s transaction of business with Buyer shall constitute and evidence Seller’s acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions without further evidence of acceptance by Seller.
