By the terms of this employment agreement (“Agreement”), ClubCorp USA, Inc. (“ClubCorp”) agrees to employ you, Jeffrey P. Mayer, in the position of Chief Financial Officer, and its parent ClubCorp, Inc., and in such other senior executive positions with ClubCorp or its Affiliates that the Chairman (“Chairman”) of the Board of Directors of ClubCorp (“Board”) and the Chief Executive Officer of ClubCorp, Inc. (“CEO”) may designate for you from time to time. You will report directly to the CEO. At all times you will be an employee at will, which means that either you or ClubCorp may terminate your employment at any time, with or without cause.
