This Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) is made and entered into this 24th day of January, 2022, by and between the County of Yolo, a political subdivision of the State of California (“Yolo County”), on behalf of the Colusa, Sutter, Yolo, Regional Child Support Agency (“RCSA”) and the County of Glenn (“Glenn County”), a political subdivision of the State of California, on behalf of the Glenn County Department of Child Support Services (“GCDCSS”).
