This AGREEMENT is made and entered into by Broward, Palm Beaches and St Lucie Realtors®, Inc. and their subsidiary corporations. (“MLS”), with offices at One Harvard Circle, Suite 102, West Palm Beach, FL 33409; the real estate brokerage firm identified as “Firm” on the signature page below (“Firm”); the Subscribers affiliated with Firm that are identified on the signature page and in Exhibit A, if any (collectively the “Subscriber Party”); and the individual or business association identified as “Consultant” on the signature page below, if any (“Consultant”).
