USE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between the Fontana Unified School District, a public school district organized and existing under the laws of the State of California (“District”) and Allegiance STEAM Academy Inc., a California nonprofit public benefit corporation, which operates Allegiance STEAM Academy –Thrive, Fontana Charter School (collectively “Charter School”) as of the later date of the date upon which fully executed by the duly authorized representatives of the parties (the “Effective Date”). The District and Charter School are collectively referred to as “the Parties.”
