This Facility Use Agreement (this "Agreement") is made and entered into by and between the University of Texas at Arlington, an institution of higher education of the State of Texas (“UTA”) 701 S. Nedderman Drive, Arlington, Texas 76019 and the City of Euless, Texas ("City") 201 N. Ector Drive, Euless, Texas 76039. City and UTA are sometimes hereafter referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
