GRANT AGREEMENT (hereinafter, “Agreement”) is made and entered on the last date below written, by and between the COUNTY OF LANCASTER (hereinafter, the “County”), a third class county of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania with an address of 150 North Queen Street, Lancaster, PA 17603, in cooperation with EDC FINANCE CORPORATION, a Pennsylvania nonprofit corporation with a principal address of 115 East King Street, Lancaster, PA 17602 (hereinafter, “EDC Finance”) (hereinafter collectively, “Grantors”), and the below named for- profit entity which has applied for and been found eligible for a grant under the CHIRP program (hereinafter, “Recipient”).
