Rival has developed a Platform which it makes available to customers as a cloud-based service to provide technology platform that analyses search behaviour in a category to inform risks and opportunities for brands within it and, if applicable, provide related professional services. These Terms and Conditions, together with the Statement of Work (the Agreement) set out the terms on which Rival agrees to grant to you a subscription-based licence access to and use of our Platform and Services. They also describe Rival’s obligations and liabilities to you with respect to the Platform and the Services we provide to you. Please read them carefully.
