This Agreement Regarding the Pueblo Channel Debris Removal and Habitat Restoration Project (“Agreement”) is hereby entered into this 14th day of November, 2016 by and between the Lower Arkansas Valley Water Conservancy District (“District”), a Colorado Special District, and the Pueblo Stormwater Utility Enterprise (“Enterprise”), a business unit of the City of Pueblo, Colorado (“City”). The District and the Enterprise may be referred to herein individually as “Party” and collectively as “Parties”.
