This Agreement is entered into this _____ day of _______, 2018, by and between the City of Galveston, Texas, a home rule municipal corporation (the “CITY”), and the Industrial Development Corporation of the City of Galveston, Texas (the “IDC”), a Texas nonprofit corporation established pursuant to the Development Corporation Act of 1979 and now codified in Chapters 501, 502, 504 and 505 of the Texas Local Government Code (hereafter referred to as the “Act”).
