This Consulting Letter will serve as the Statement of Work while we finalize a formal contract in the coming weeks that will supersede this consulting letter. The formal contract will be for a six-month duration. Thank you for considering IBM as an Application Service Provider for your J.D. Edwards B7.3.3.1 ERP system. IBM proposes a two-phased project intended to make your J.D. Edwards ERP system available from an IBM ASP facility.
