Wages: Employers have offered a 10.5% increase over the next 2 years as follows:o 5.2% from the date that employees approve the Agreement (inclusive of the award increase from 1 July 2022)o 2.7% from FFPPOA 1 July 2023o 2.6% from FFPPOA 1 July 2024 Lump Sum PaymentPayment of a once-off sign on bonus as follows:• $1050 to be provided to full time employees (pro rata for part time and casual); or• $350 to be provided to full time employees who were paid 2% or more than the award rate as at 1 January 2021 or earlier (pro rata for part-time and casual) Blood Donation Leave: New entitlement that provides for reasonable time release where a collection unit is on site or by arrangement.Pregnancy Loss Leave: New entitlement for up to 6 days paid compassionate leave for pregnancy loss (pro rata for part-time).
