THIS AGREEMENT TO OPERATE THE ORDOT FACILITY (hereinafter this “Agreement”) entered into this day of 2017, by and between GERSHMAN, BRICKNER & BRATTON, INC. (“GBB”), in its capacity as Receiver (“RECEIVER”) for the Guam Solid Waste Authority (“GSWA”), Government of Guam, and NAME OF OPERATOR, as Operator (the “Operator”).
