This LICENSE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between Hanalei Texas, LLC, Colton Tapp, President (“Licensor”), and the CITY OF WYLIE, TEXAS, a home-rule municipality (“Licensee”), on the terms and conditions set forth herein. Licensor and Licensee are sometimes referred to collectively as the “parties” or individually as a “party.”
