This Amendment is hereby entered into by and between H.R. Bookstrom Construction, Inc., 6401 North 60th Street, Lincoln, NE 68507 (hereinafter "Contractor") and the City of Lincoln, Lancaster County and the City of Lincoln-Lancaster County Public Building Commission (hereinafter "Owners"), for the purpose of amending the Contract dated March 7, 2023, executed under City Executive Order No. 97403, and County Contract C-23-0142, dated March 7, 2023, and executed by the City of Lincoln-Lancaster County Public Building Commission, on February 21, 2023, for Unit Price - Excavating, Grading and Dozing Services, Bid No. 23-031, which is made a part of this amendment by this reference.
