This Rider A is attached to and made part of that certain offer (the “Agreement”), between SONY PICTURES TELEVISION INC. ("Distributor") and LOCAL TV, LLC ("Licensee") in connection with the syndicated television series titled “Seinfeld”(the “Program”). Unless otherwise expressly defined hereunder, all capitalized terms used herein shall have the same definition as provided for within the Agreement.
