These General Terms and Conditions for MicroStrategy Partners in the European Economic Area (“EEA”) (“General Terms”) apply to an agreement executed between MicroStrategy Incorporated (“we,” “us,” “our”) and an authorized MicroStrategy partner located in the EEA (“you,” “your”) that incorporates these General Terms and Conditions for MicroStrategy Partners in the EEA (collectively, the “Agreement”).
