In a mutually desirable effort to promote the best interests of the Port Huron Area School District, hereinafter referred to as the "District", and the Port Huron Association of Educational Secretaries, hereinafter referred to as the "Association", and in recognition of their responsibilities to each other for negotiating in good faith, reaching an agreement on matters falling within the area of collective bargaining, and executing a contract to cover such an agreement, this agreement is entered into as of the 6th day of June, 2021. It is mutually agreed as follows:
