The Purpose of this Agreement is to maintain harmonious and mutually beneficial relationships between the Employer, the employees and the Union, to set forth certain terms and conditions of employment relating to pay, hours of work, employee benefits, and general working condi- tions affecting employees covered by this Agre- ement and to ensure that all reasonable mea- sures are provided for the safety and occupa- tional health of the employees.
