This Agreement shall commence upon receipt by the Delegate of written confirmation from Henley that the online submission of the Application Form has been accepted. This Agreement shall continue, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, until completion of the Programme at which point it shall terminate automatically.
