This Trust Agreement (the “Trust Agreement”), dated as of 1, 2021, by and among Wilmington Trust, N.A., a national banking association duly organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the United States of America, as Trustee (as defined herein), the California Community College Financing Authority, a public entity of the State of California, created pursuant to the provisions relating to the joint exercise of powers found in Chapter 5 of Division 7 of Title 1 (commencing with Section 6500) of the Government Code of the State of California (the “Authority”), and the community college districts named in Schedule I hereto, or their successor or assigns (each, a “Local Agency” or collectively the “Local Agencies”), as originally executed and entered into and as it may from time to time be amended or supplemented in accordance herewith;
