This AGREEMENT is made and entered into as of this 1st day of July, 2024, (“effective date”) by and between the Conejo Valley Unified School District, hereinafter referred to as "District", and Encompass Consultant Group, Inc., hereinafter referred to as “Consultant”. The District and Consultant are sometimes individually referred to herein as a “Party” and sometimes collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.”
