The Business has requested Libertas Financial Planning to appoint the Authorised Representative to act as an Authorised Representative of Libertas Financial Planning in respect of general advice only as would apply under the limited AFSL applicable to recognised accountants. Libertas Financial Planning is willing to do so in consideration of the Business and the Authorised Representative entering into this Agreement.
