This ESCROW AGREEMENT, is dated and entered into as of 1, 2014 (the “Escrow Agreement”), by and between SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF PITTSBURG, a public body, corporate and politic, duly established and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of California (the “Agency”), as successor agency to the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Pittsburg (the “Former Agency”) and THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY, N.A., a
