This Agreement entered into by and between the CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS, a Texas home rule municipal corporation, Brazos County, Texas, acting herein by and through its City Council (hereinafter referred to as "CITY") and HEAT TRANSFER RESEARCH, INC, a Texas corporation (hereinafter referred to as "OWNER") acting herein by and through its duly authorized officer.
