These Terms and Conditions for Services (“Terms”) are entered into between Benson Medical Instruments Company (“Us” or “Company”) and you, the Customer for use of the Benson Cloud Services Service (the “Service”). By clicking to accept or agree to the Terms when this option is made available to you, you represent that you have read and understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. By using our site, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions or any part of these terms or conditions, you must not use the Service. There shall be no force or effect to any different terms of any related purchase or subscription other than those contained herein, in our Privacy Policy and our Business Associate Agreement, even if signed by the parties after the date hereof.
