Thank you for your interest in the CUBRID Foundation, LLC (“CUBRID Foundation”). In order to clarify the intellectual property license granted with contributions from any entity, each contributor must indicate an agreement to the terms below. This Corporate Contributor License Agreement allows an entity to submit contributions to the CUBRID Foundation, to authorise contributions submitted by its designated employees to the CUBRID Foundation, and to grant copyright and patent license thereto. Please read this agreement carefully before signing. These terms and conditions constitute a binding legal agreement.
