This ATM Processing Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between WRG Services Inc., an Ohio corporation, having its principal place of business at 38585 Apollo Parkway, Willoughby, Ohio 44094, (“WRG”) and the person or entity identified on the signature page (“ATM Owner”). WRG is a registered ISO for its sponsoring financial institution(s). This Agreement is deemed accepted by WRG on the date an ATM terminal identification number is issued by WRG to ATM Owner (“Effective Date”).
