NOTE: The lighting equipment for the performance of Artist as provided for in the agreement to which this exhibit is attached shall be furnished by Operator as set forth below. All other equipment required by Artist shall be furnished by Artist at Artist’s sole expense. Unless Operator otherwise agrees, Operator will not provide, rent, purchase or lease any equipment for Artist.
