, Federal Tax Identification No. (“Producer”; collectively, Gresham and Producer are the “Parties”) enter into this NON-EXCLUSIVE BROKERAGE AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) to transact business related to the sales of various insurance products. The Parties agree that the terms and covenants in this Agreement apply to all of Producer’s offices identified on the attached Exhibit “A”, which is incorporated herein by reference, and that all of the offices listed on Exhibit “A” agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. The person signing this Agreement on Producer’s behalf warrants that he or she is authorized to sign on behalf of, and to contractually bind all of the Producer’s offices listed on Exhibit “A”.
