This Agreement is entered into for the purpose of defining the relationship between Loyola and the Resident during the Resident’s participation in Loyola’s graduate medical education training program and supersedes all prior agreements for the same purpose covering portions of or all of the same period of time covered by this Agreement. This Agreement is not a promise of continuing or future employment.
