This Support Grant Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into on this day of June, 2023 (“Effective Date”) by and between the City of Wilsonville, a municipal corporation of the State of Oregon (hereinafter referred to as the “Grantor”), and Wilsonville Community Sharing, an Oregon non-profit corporation (hereinafter referred to as “Grantee”). Grantor and Grantee are collectively referred to herein as the “parties.”
