The Board is pleased to announce that on 28 March 2018, the Loan Agreement was entered into between CIF Finance, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company as lender, and the Borrower as borrower, pursuant to which, CIF Finance has agreed to provide the Facility up to the principal amount of HK$300,000,000 to the Borrower for a term of 6 months after the Drawdown Date.
