The Board of Education of the Lodi Unified School District (“Board” or “District”) and Catherine Nichols-Washer (“Superintendent”) are parties to an Employment Contract (“Contract”). The District and Superintendent previously agreed to a First Amendment to the Contract (“First Amendment”). The Parties now agree to this Second Amendment to the Contract (“Second Amendment”).
