This Service contract is part of preparatory action for ‘’Capacity building, programmatic development and communication in the context of the fight against money laundering and financial crimes’’. The preparatory action is being performed under a contract with the European Union represented by the European Commission (hereinafter referred to as the "Project") in accordance with the details specified in the Service Contract (FISMA/2020/OP/0005) of 22 December 2020. The contractors are Transparency International Secretariat (TI-S) as lead, as well as Tax Justice Network (TJN), Transcrime – Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore (Transcrime – UCSC) and the Government Transparency Institute (GTI).
