Main Street, P.O. Box 128, Coalville, Utah 84017, and Park City Municipal Corporation, a municipal corporation of the State of Utah (“Park City”), whose address is 445 Marsac Avenue, Park City, Utah 84060. The County and Park City each is a “Party” and collectively they are referred to as the “Parties”.
