This Agreement for Bond Program Management Services (“Agreement”) is made as of February 4, 2020, between the Peralta Community College District, a California community college district (“District”), and AECOM Technical Services, Inc., a California corporation (“Bond Program Manager”) (both collectively “Parties”), for the District’s Measure “A” and “G” Bond/Capital Improvement Program (“Program”).
