THIS AGREEMENT entered into this 1st day of July 2018, is by and between the COUNTY OF ORANGE, a political subdivision of State of California (COUNTY) and NATIONAL ALLIANCE ON MENTAL ILLNESS DBA NAMI ORANGE COUNTY, a California nonprofit corporation (CONTRACTOR). COUNTY and CONTRACTOR may sometimes be referred to herein individually as “Party” or collectively as “Parties.” This Agreement shall be administered by the County of Orange Health Care Agency (ADMINISTRATOR).
