This Agreement, hereinafter referred to as “Contract” is made and entered into as of the date fully executed by and between the County of Orange, a political subdivision of the State of California; hereinafter referred to as “County,” and A.G. Coast, Inc. dba California Panther Security, with a place of business at 5777 W Century Blvd Ste 1601 Los Angeles CA 90045-5696; hereinafter referred to as “Contractor,” which are sometimes referred to as “Party”, or collectively as “Parties.”
