This A rreement shall become effective as of the date of final execution and shall remain in effect for a ten11 of five (5) years, unless terminated sooner. Either party may tcn11inate this Agreement on 30 days' written notice to the other party; provided, however, that in no event shall termination take effect with respect to currently enrolled students, who shall be permitted to complete their training for any semester in which termination would otherwise occur.
