DriveWealth, LLC (“DriveWealth”) will maintain your Account and receive orders for the purchase and sale of Securities and Other Assets. By opening an Account at DriveWealth, you acknowledge that you have received, read, and understand this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms. This Agreement shall not become effective until accepted by DriveWealth, and such acceptance may only be evidenced by internal records maintained by DriveWealth. This Agreement supersedes any previous agreements you may have made individually with DriveWealth regarding your Account, and if it is held jointly or in other combinations, it supersedes any previous agreements made with DriveWealth by the same parties regarding their Accounts to the extent the subject matter is covered by this Agreement. DriveWealth may amend this agreement periodically by posting a revised version in its disclosure library and updating the Effective Date.
