All products and services (collectively, “Products”) provided for in the Quote, Sales Order Acknowledgement, proposal or other agreement pertaining to the purchase and sale of Products (“Proposal”) shall be furnished by The Harris Waste Management Group, Inc. (“HARRIS”) and accepted by the party (“Buyer”) who either accepts a
