This supplement to the United Parcel Service IBT National Agree- ment shall apply to all United Parcel Service employees working in the classifications set forth in the wage schedule and within the ju- risdiction of Locals 30, 110, 249, 261, 397, 491, 538, 585 and 926. Except as provided herein, the provisions of the UPS IBT National Agreement shall prevail.
