THIS OPTION TO PURCHASE AGREEMENT (interchangeably “Option” or “Agreement”) is made this day of April, 2017 by and between Chambersburg Area School District, at 435 Stanley Avenue, Chambersburg, Pennsylvania 17201 (hereafter “Optionor”) and Valley Community Housing Corporation at 436 West Washington Street, Chambersburg, Pennsylvania or its assignee a to-be-formed Pennsylvania limited partnership (collectively hereinafter “Optionee”), Optionor hereby agrees to grant to Optionee an option to purchase that parcel of land more fully described in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Property”.
