PURCHASE OPTION AGREEMENT ("Second Amendment") is made effective as of this 13th day of January, 2021 by and among WILLIAMSBURG AREA TRANSIT AUTHORITY, a political subdivision of the Commonwealth of Virginia (“WATA”) and THE COLONIAL WILLIAMSBURG FOUNDATION, a Virginia non-stock, non-profit corporation (“CWF”) and all the parties to this Second Amendment collectively the “Parties”.
