This End-User License Agreement (the Agreement), effective as of the date you accept the terms hereof (unless returned as specified above), (the Effective Date), is entered into between Inverse Problem Limited with an address at 11 Ascania Place, Auckland, New Zealand (Licensor) and you (Licensee). This Agreement applies to the Demo Version, Evaluation Version and Full Version of the Software (as described in clause 2.1).
