This Amendment is hereby entered into by and between Capitol City Electric, Inc., 4220 Lucile Drive, Suite #1, Lincoln, NE 68506, (hereinafter “Contractor”) and the City of Lincoln, Lancaster County and the City of Lincoln-Lancaster County Public Building Commission (hereinafter “Owners”), for the purpose of amending the Contract dated March 31, 2023 executed under City Executive Order No. 97517, and County Contract C-23-0256 dated, March 28, 2023, and executed by the City of Lincoln-Lancaster County Public Building Commission, on March 14, 2023, for Unit Price – Electrical and Large-Scale Electrical Services, Bid No. 23-055, which is made a part of this amendment by this reference.
