I, Murray Sandmeyer (“I,” “me,” or “Employee”), understand that as an employee of AnaVation LLC, a Delaware LLC, its subsidiaries or affiliates; (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Company”), I may be given access to or acquire information confidential to the Company. In my work, I may conceive and develop written materials, processes, improvements, and/or models which relate to the business of the Company. Accordingly, in consideration of my employment or continued employment with the Company, I agree to the terms and conditions set forth below in this AGREEMENT REGARDING CONFIDENTIALITY, INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND COMPETITIVE ACTIVITIES
